In practice
- An analyst requests access to a Segment source. After approval, STLabs adds them to the user group that holds that permission.
- A customer asks for their data to be deleted. After approval, STLabs creates the Segment regulation for that user and records it on the ticket.
- When an employee leaves, STLabs removes their Segment user during offboarding and cancels any invites still pending for them.
- A security reviewer asks who changed a destination last week. STLabs pulls Segment audit events and attaches the relevant entries to the review.
