Tinybird integration
Manage Tinybird tokens, jobs, and environment variables and check pipes and data sources from service requests.
What it connects
- Retrieve data sources and pipes when someone asks how data flows through a workspace.
- Pull tokens to check their scope or status before one is changed.
- Retrieve jobs and their status to explain a slow or stuck import.
- Pull organization members to confirm who belongs to the workspace.
What it automates
- Create static tokens for new services or teams that need scoped access.
- Refresh or delete static tokens when one may be exposed or is no longer needed.
- Cancel jobs and pause or resume scheduled copies during incidents or maintenance.
- Create or update environment variables when a team requests a configuration change.
In practice
- An engineer reports that a Tinybird token may have leaked. After approval, STLabs refreshes the token and notes the change on the security ticket.
- A developer asks why a data import is stuck. STLabs pulls the job's status and cancels it when the owner confirms.
- A service is being retired. STLabs deletes its Tinybird static token after the owner approves, so the old credential stops working.
- During a maintenance window, the data team asks to pause a scheduled copy. STLabs pauses it and resumes it when the team asks.
