Design integrations
Syncs design tool users, seat types, and license assignments. Provisions users, changes seats and licenses, and manages group access through approved workflows.
Accounts ready on the first day
A new designer's Adobe and Figma accounts, licences and groups are set up from the onboarding request, so nobody waits on an admin before they can start work.
Paid seats spent where they are used
Who holds which seat and licence sits beside the rest of the organisation, so seats held by people who have left or moved on are found and reclaimed.
Upgrades handled like any other request
A request for a fuller seat or another Adobe product goes through the same approval path as other access, and the change is made and recorded once it is approved.

Common questions
Does STLabs replace our design tools' admin consoles?
No. Adobe and Figma stay where seats and licences are managed. STLabs reads who holds what and makes the changes that requests and lifecycle events call for.
Can it change seats without someone approving it?
Only if you permit it. Seat and licence changes can be set to need approval, and the request and the decision are both recorded.
What happens to licences when someone leaves?
Their account is deactivated or removed as part of offboarding, so the licence is freed rather than renewed for someone who has gone.
