Finance integrations
Pulls supplier records, purchase orders, expense reports, and spend context. Holds suppliers, routes purchases for approval, and keeps finance systems in sync with IT operations.
Suppliers held in one step
A supplier, vendor or business partner is put on hold or blocked in Coupa, NetSuite or SAP straight from a ticket, and released the same way, with the record kept.
Purchases that wait for approval
Requisitions and purchase orders are submitted, issued or cancelled through workflows that stop for a person to approve before anything is committed.
Finance records that keep up with people
Employee and user records in your ERP and spend tools are created, updated and deactivated from the same joiner, mover and leaver events as everything else.

Common questions
Does STLabs replace our ERP or spend management tool?
No. NetSuite, SAP, Coupa and the rest stay the system of record. STLabs reads from them and runs the requests and changes that come through service management.
Can we approve finance actions before they run?
Yes. Creating purchase orders and vendor bills in NetSuite always stops for a person to confirm, and approval is set per action for everything else.
What stops a finance action going wrong?
Policy guardrails. Who can hold a supplier or cancel an order is defined explicitly, rather than inherited from a broad admin role, and every action is recorded.
