In practice
- A new hire needs Ramp. After approval, STLabs invites them as a user in the right department and confirms the invite on the ticket.
- When an employee leaves, STLabs terminates their Ramp cards and deactivates their user as part of the offboarding workflow.
- An employee reports a lost card. STLabs suspends the card and, when the loss is confirmed, terminates it and issues a replacement.
- A team lead asks to raise a spend limit for a conference. After finance approval, STLabs updates the limit in Ramp and closes the ticket.
