In practice
- A new account executive needs Calendly. After approval, STLabs invites them to your Calendly organization and tracks the invitation on the ticket.
- When an employee leaves, STLabs removes them from the Calendly organization as part of offboarding, alongside the rest of their app access.
- An invite went to the wrong email address. STLabs revokes the pending Calendly invitation and sends a new one to the right address.
- A recruiter is out sick and asks to clear a meeting. STLabs finds the scheduled event and cancels it in Calendly on their behalf.
