In practice
- A customer says they stopped getting emails. STLabs checks the bounce and block lists and, after approval, removes the address so delivery can resume.
- A new marketer needs SendGrid. After approval, STLabs invites them as a teammate with the requested permissions and tracks the invite on the ticket.
- When a developer leaves, STLabs removes their SendGrid teammate account and lists the account's API keys for the team to review.
- A service's API key may have been exposed. After approval, STLabs deletes the key and creates a replacement with the same scopes.
