- A new hire needs a laptop. STLabs checks availability, reserves one, and checks it out to them, or hands off procurement if none is free.
- When an employee leaves, STLabs lists the hardware checked out to them from synced Assetbots data and checks each item back in once returned.
- An employee asks for a spare monitor. STLabs checks Assetbots for availability, reserves one, and confirms the reservation on the ticket.
- A manager asks what equipment their team has. STLabs answers from the synced Assetbots checkouts and lists each item by person.
