LogMeIn integration
Manage LogMeIn Central users, hosts, and antivirus actions and pull inventory and remote access reports on request.
What it connects
- Retrieve hosts and computer groups to identify the device a request concerns.
- Pull hardware and system inventory reports for device questions.
- Retrieve users and user groups to confirm remote access rights.
- Pull remote access reports to see who connected to a host.
What it automates
- Invite users when technicians need LogMeIn Central access.
- Enable, disable, or delete users as people change roles or leave.
- Move hosts between computer groups to keep devices organized.
- Start antivirus scans and update definitions on a host from a ticket.
In practice
- A new technician needs LogMeIn Central. After approval, STLabs invites them and moves them into the right user group.
- A laptop is reported as possibly infected. STLabs starts a full antivirus scan on that host and notes the scan on the ticket.
- A security review asks who connected to a finance server last month. STLabs pulls the remote access report for that host and attaches it.
- When a technician leaves, STLabs disables their LogMeIn Central user during offboarding so they can no longer reach managed hosts.
